Our flagship IPA that has a citrus forward nose and a burst of orange and lemon-lime flavor to follow. Multiple citrus fruits carry this beer from start to finish, from the moment it’s poured until the second your glass is empty.

The story so far

This beer was brewed in honor of, our Lead Brewer, Cameron Tuttle’s one year wedding anniversary and is brewed with his wife’s favorite hop, citra. The beer sits at a crisp 7.0% ABV and is dry hopped with…you guessed it, even more CITRA!

Good morning everyone, we’re stoked for brewer’s ball and can’t wait to have you all try what we’re bringing! This time around we’re bringing two different iterations of our milk stout, Throwing Shade. The first version is dosed with cacao nibs, vanilla beans and a hefty amount of peanut butter. The other contains vanilla, loads of maple syrup and whisky barrel aged coffee beans. Another beer we’re bringing is our IPA, Dankster of Love, made with all Columbus in the boil and whirlpool and a heaping dry hop of citra. This one gives a punch of citrus with a dank background. Lastly, one of our favorites yet, we’re bringing our Swirly series sour, this time with blueberries, vanilla beans and vanilla soft serve. We get big blueberries and cream vibes with this one. Hey everyone, happy Friday! We were stoked to have taken second place at brewer’s ball two weeks ago amongst all the amazing homebrewers that were there! That being said, we are ready for another awesome event tomorrow. We’ll be pouring two of our beers at Armada’s “So you think you can brew” homebrew competition.

Similar to the last event, we’ll be bringing our Peanut butter and Oreo version of Throwing Shade. Along with that, we are also bringing our newest iteration of our soft serve infused Berliner “swirly” series, this one with almost 2 lbs of blueberries per gallon, vanilla beans and vanilla soft serve. It has the sweet and sour notes of tangy blueberries mixed in with vanilla soft serve and we’re excited to see what you all think!

While tomorrow’s weather is looking crummy, we’re still stoked to be pouring beers along side CT’s best homebrewers, we hope to see you there!

Hey everyone, long time no see! We’re returning to the Brewer’s Ball and bringing four beers with us this time. Back by popular demand, we’ll have our peanut butter and Oreo milk stout, Throwing Shade! Similar to last year, this beer has tons of peanut butter, vanilla and heaping pounds of peanut butter Oreos. Along with that, we brought our wheat forward hefeweizen and our citra/amarillo heavy IPA, Spirit Juice. Lastly, last year’s soft serve infused sour, Swirly: Soul Whip, was a hit and we wanted to bring a variation this time around based on a creamsicle! This Berliner is loaded with vanilla beans, oranges and of course vanilla soft serve ice cream. Up front, we get tons of tangy citrus balanced by a sweet and smooth vanilla aftertaste, we hope you guys love it as much as we do. Looking forward to pouring with CT’s best homebrewers and seeing you all on Saturday!

Good morning everyone! Over the weekend we poured some of our beer at twelve percent’s annual home brewer competition and we were lucky enough to advance to the next round. We brought two beers, one being How I disappear, a new NEIPA we’ve been working on with citra, mosaic and el dorado hops. The other was our base milk stout, Throwing Shade, this time featuring ingredients reminiscent of breakfast with cinnamon, vanilla and a ton of maple syrup.

We wanted to give a shout out to twelve percent for hosting this, all of the awesome brewers at the event who all brought amazing beers and everyone who came by to give our beer a vote and try, we couldn’t have done with without you all! We’re looking forward to concocting some newer beers for the second round on February 4th. Stay tuned for more details, hope to see you all there!

Hey everyone, we’re hoping to see a bunch of you at Smoke in the Valley at Bad Sons this Saturday! Along with the chocolate peanut butter milk stout we mentioned earlier, we’re also bringing along 4 other beers for samples. Two of which are German lagers and include Good Will Haunting (our Munich helles) and Be our Geist (our marzen), both of which are going down incredibly smooth!

Third we have one of our brewery’s staples, Light on the BOO’s, which came out crisp, clean and fruity thanks to the addition of mosaic and citra hops. Lastly, making a variation of LoTB, we made the same base beer, but with motueka and amarillo hops instead, which really makes the citrus character pop. We get tons of lime and orange on this one. Both of these pale ales are hopped more than most of our IPAs!

We’re going to be pouring quite a few of our beers for Smoke in the Valley at Bad Sons on October 29th and one of the beers we’re working on is another iteration of our milk stout, Throwing Shade, for the candy category. This version features one of our favorite candies, Reese’s! We’ve added over 3lbs of peanut butter cups to this beer along with some cacao nibs and peanut butter powder. Berliner + vanilla beans + pineapple + …soft serve vanilla ice cream? That’s right, this equates out to a new creation from our new swirly series of beer! Inspired by the Dole Whip, we will be introducing Soul Whip at the brewers ball this upcoming Saturday. We get a tart pineapple note upfront followed by the slight sweetness and creaminess of the combination of vanilla beans and the soft serve ice cream.

Continuing with the pineapple theme, we are also debuting a new beer in our ectoplasm series, which contains pineapple, coconut and the usual dose of vanilla beans and lactose. This one gives us the vibe of sipping on a pina colada on the beach. We have two more beers to announce, stay tuned in coming days!

Hey everyone! We have the @twelve.percent.beer.project homebrew fest coming up this Saturday and we wanted to share another one of the beers we’re bringing. Adding onto our Ectoplasm series, we wanted to make a sour inspired by cherry pie! This beer was racked onto about 3lbs of cherries per gallon and dosed with vanilla, lactose and cinnamon. Along with that, we used malts to replicate the flavor of crust to really dial in on that pie note. This one starts with big cherry sweetness and fades into a nice tartness that really lends well with the adjuncts in this beer. We can’t wait to serve some this weekend, hope to see you there!
